Venue Information:

Dort Financial Center is located at 3501 Lapeer Road, Flint, MI 48503.

The night before set up will be available on Friday, March 28th from 3pm – 8pm. The venue will be locked and secure from Friday at 8pm until the doors open at 6am on Saturday, March 29th.
 

The day of set up begins at 6am on Saturday, March 29th. The show starts at 9am. All vendors need to be 100% ready and set up by 9am. The event ends at 5pm. At that time all exhibitors are allowed to breakdown and leave. All vendors must exit the facility with all belongings no later than 9pm.

Cancellation by Exhibitor/Vendor:

Cancellation of table space is non-refundable. Please contact us at vehiclecitycc@gmail.com with any issues regarding your ability to attend. In the unlikely event the show is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as (natural disaster, venue fire, terrorism, severe weather etc.) we will roll over all payments to the rescheduled event date or offer a refund depending on the vendor’s preference.

Display Guidelines:

​

• No exhibit, table or setup may block or interfere with other vendors. You agree to the assigned table location and setup time as provided by the event organizers.

• This conference is designed for sports enthusiasts. The vendor agrees to display items that are sports-related including but not limited to sports trading cards, memorabilia, jerseys, apparel, sports figures, sneakers, artwork etc. This is not a comic con and due to our contract with the venue ALL vendors must agree that they will not display comic con related merchandise. 

• The vendor agrees that all merchandise displayed is legal and licensed. Absolutely nothing pornographic can be displayed at any time.

• It is the vendor’s responsibility to obtain any permits, sales tax licenses or approval needed under federal, State, and local law applicable to its sales at the event. Vehicle City Sports Card & Memorabilia Show is held harmless if the vendor fails to obtain them.

• The vendor accepts full responsibility for any damages to their table or merchandise. Vehicle City Sports Card & Memorabilia Show is held harmless if any damage occurs.

• The vendor is responsible for their own merchandise security during the conference. Vehicle City Sports Card & Memorabilia Show is held harmless if any theft occurs.
